People Development Business Partner (m/f/d) Job at casavi GmbH – München
You are responsible for strategic planning and implementation of people development and are thus an important part of long-term organizational development. In doing so, you build learning opportunities and processes and ensure that knowledge transfer is guaranteed in the agile set-up. You continuously develop content and processes.
You develop a development framework (including career paths) for all roles and qualification levels and supplement it with suitable internal and external training opportunities and learning content. You ensure success through key performance indicators
You keep an eye on the further development of our managers, sharpen leadership principles and develop guidelines for daily business as well as employee development discussions. You also act as a coach yourself and provide support in dealing with sensitive or complex leadership issues.
You are significantly involved in change processes and act as an advisor to People Operations and C-Level. Your field of activity covers the entire employee lifecycle, starting with the onboarding of new employees, through retention with further training, to offboarding.
You have many years of practical experience in agile scale-ups
You have experience in strategy development in terms of learning processes and knowledge transfer
You are passionate about strategic leadership development and follow current trends in this area
You want to move things forward, are open-minded towards new things, have strong communication skills and are empathetic
You have already worked with different tools like Confluence, Leapsome and Personio
Ideally you have experience as a copywriter
You are fluent in German and English
